WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

At the beginning there are only individual parts such as tubes, eyelets, dropouts and a CAD plan. Then they are cut, milled, sanded, soldered, adjusted, straightened, painted and assembled and only then, after many coordinated work steps, is a THREE CYCLES created.

Individual parts of the frame

A bicycle frame consists of many individual parts that are all connected together over many hours of work. The variants are countless and so are the sources of errors in their production. It therefore takes a lot of experience and a clear mind to ensure that the right parts end up in the right place in the right way.

Brazing

There are many variations of how two tubes can be connected to each other. We prefer the brazing connection with hard braze. Filled or as seen in the picture, raw and honest.
It's more a question of style and not a question of what holds better - welding, lugs, brazing - everything holds rock solid.

But the cheap frames from the big factories are always welded because it's quicker. For us, it's not the speed or throughput that counts, but rather the pride in craftsmanship.

But, no question, there are also damn good frame builders who weld their frames.
