STEP 1
Let us know your wishes
It is important to us to find out something about your riding style and the character of your future bike. Race, Adventure, Touring, Commuting...what suits you? Which model did you choose?
STEP 2
CHOOSING COMPONENTS
The following components are selected for each bike: saddle, seat post, handlebars, groupset, pedals, wheels and tires. If you already have precise ideas, we will provide you with a list in which you can enter your desired components.
We check whether your selection fits the dimensions of your frame and help you find the right components.
You don't have any ideas yet? No problem, we will work with you to find the right components within your budget for your frame.
STEP 3
ACCESORIES
It all depends on what you plan to do with your bike. Do you want to go on a long trip and need luggage racks for your tent and equipment? Or are cup holders enough for day trips?
So that your false holders and luggage racks can be elegantly attached to your bike later, we plan the position of the eyelets that serve as the basis for assembly in advance.
Here too, if you already know exactly what you need, you can simply tell us the exact type and position of your luggage racks.
If you don't know your way around very well yet, you can simply explain to us what you plan to do with the bike and we will find the right luggage concept for you.
STEP 4
FINISHING
When it comes to the color concept, you can choose any color from the Cerakote color fan. Get inspired by the existing models.
We recommend a suitable shade for the color of the graphics. You can also choose an individual additional color for this element.
Color gradients or action painting finishes are of course also possible for an additional charge.
By the way, the head badge symbolizes the Üetliberg observation tower and is intended to stimulate our riders' foresight and spirit of discovery.
STEP 5
HANDOVER
When handing over, it is important to us that you know exactly what to do when using your bike. Be it knowing what your ideal air pressure is for the tires, the adjustment options for the bike, the newton meters of the screws and also the maintenance intervals.
You should feel like you are ready for your adventures.
After your first test ride with your bike, the fine adjustments are made and then it's time to "ride on!"
STEP 6
SERVICE
After handover, our range of services ensures that your bike will continue to function perfectly in 10 years. So, after approx. 1000 km, you can come by with your bike and we will check it thoroughly again, free of charge. You can then request annual service intervals from us at the manufacturer. We only provide services for our bikes. It is also important to us to find out how your bike performs in everyday life so that we can incorporate your findings into the next bike generations.
